Pet MUST be an approved pet and on the lease. This guarantee is not available if Rainmaker Management Group inherited the tenant or pet.
We determine what is considered pet damage by industry standards.
All work is to be preformed by approved Rainmaker Management contractors. No outside vendors will be allowed to complete the work.
Unauthorized animals are NOT covered.
Pet damage limit is determined by selected pricing tiers.

On Time Payment Guarantee

We guarantee on time payments every month.

Owner payments are processed on the 10th of each month or next business day.
This is not a guarantee that tenants will pay on time, but that you will receive payment upon receipt of an on-time payment.
