- Pet MUST be an approved pet and on the lease. This guarantee is not available if Rainmaker Management Group inherited the tenant or pet.
- We determine what is considered pet damage by industry standards.
- All work is to be preformed by approved Rainmaker Management contractors. No outside vendors will be allowed to complete the work.
- Unauthorized animals are NOT covered.
- Pet damage limit is determined by selected pricing tiers.
